I first reached out to Sarah after experiencing chronic low back pain, likely resulting from too much desk work. I was drawn to Sarah for her holistic health approach focused on incrementally developing good form and habits as opposed to the high intensity and quick paced fitness (spin, HITT) world I had previously subscribed to.

Over the past 3 years, Sarah has helped be build a foundation of healthy exercise, eating, and wellness habits that I have sustained consistently. Since that initial outreach, Sarah has supported me through many big life changes and health goals: significantly improved my overall energy levels and endurance through strength training, toned and improved my muscle definition for my wedding (and beyond!), improving my overall health to prepare my body for fertility, and now helping me stay healthy through pregnancy and to help my recovery after. Now 35, and seven months pregnant with my first child, I never thought I would be saying that I’m in the best shape of my life despite working out less frequently and intensely than in my 20s.

Sarah and I train together twice a week, primarily through virtual sessions in my home but when I am in Vancouver we train in person. I was initially skeptical of how well the virtual training would work but have been amazed Sarah’s ability to pick up on micro form corrections through video and articulate adjustments. Working with Sarah has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made for my overall health, and it’s been a ton of fun too!
